On our first six-day certified level (70 hours) of Yin Yoga Teacher Training / 200 hours, we understand the basic philosophical, anatomical, and energy principles of Yin Yoga. We also start to develop a deep sense of security while sharing our knowledge with others.

  • Variations of yin asanas, functionally adapted to the specific needs of each trainee.
