As I am searching for balance, for this inert and dynamic relaxation that is called homeostasis, I see that the pathways from action to inertia need some rest in between. My beloved teacher always comes back to her favourite Spanish proverb…”my favourite thing is to do nothing and rest after that…”.

A rest to relax, reflect, evaluate and accept. A rest to strengthen, cultivate, nourish and love. Or even better…a rest just for the rest!

Luckily, as a human being, I have the chance to express all the potential combinations of Cosmic Energy through my conscious action in the world.

And here I am.

Standing in the middle of a big triangle. Arms and feet wide open, touching all directions. Perineum and crown ready to receive the earth and the sky inside me. I ‘m searching for equanimity*.

At the same time I remind myself….”who cares…?”. Because if I do then searching becomes a goal and attachment arises. Better enjoy.

Enjoy the dance amidst the three primordial actions in the universe, Rajas ( action ),Tamas ( inertia) , Sattva ( purity ) and the five elements ( earth, water, fire, air and ether ).

As my individuality swings like a hammock from unity to disparity, the only thing I can do is enjoy and keep dancing until the experience of Divine Spark unfolds as a rainbow in front of my eyes.

*Equanimity ( having an even mind ) is a state of psychological stability and composure which is undisturbed by experience of or exposure to emotions, pain, or other phenomena that may cause others to lose the balance of their mind.
